1. Dynamic hydraulic imbalance will occur. When the system takes the heat source as the active variable flow regulation, or who reduces the flow of the system by other means, the pressure of the pipe will be reduced. Due to the reduction of the pressure of the heat, the automatic spool of the near end user's self operated flow control valve will be opened to maintain the original flow constant. Due to the special structure of flow valve and the change of flow, the characteristic resistance s value of the pipe section will change. Special engineering plastics will be a highlight in the meeting. The total characteristic resistance number of the road will also change, and the distribution proportion of the total flow in each pipe section will also change accordingly. Near end users and far end users cannot change proportionally with the change of total traffic. Traffic change is only the traffic change of remote users. This is bound to cause dynamic hydraulic imbalance of heat, and the remote users cannot meet the requirements of heat use
2. There is a problem with the user's independent adjustment of the indoor controller sampling as required: when logging in to the program temperature as admin, when the user behind the self operated flow control valve needs to increase the flow, due to the limitation of the self operated flow control valve, the flow cannot increase; When users need to reduce the flow behind the valve, users will interfere with each other, and the self operated flow control valve has become a useless valve that can only consume the power of the water pump
3. The circulating water volume needs to be increased, and the flow cannot be increased. The circulating water pump reduces according to the outdoor climate, and when the circulating water volume needs to be increased, the user flow cannot be increased due to the control of the self operated flow control valve. Therefore, self operated flow control valve cannot be applied to heat with user as active variable flow or heat source as active variable flow. The self operated flow control valve is only applicable to the quality control system with constant flow
at present, many heating enterprises choose frequency conversion, the rising speed of multi pump piston is slow, less pumps, large pumps and small pumps to realize variable flow operation, and it is wrong to choose self operated flow control valve for hot water force balance. Variable flow operation mode cannot be adopted for the heat pump with self operated flow control valve
